About Us:
Work across 3 of Sydney’s most loved restaurant - Arthur and Jane in Surry Hills and FIOR in The Shire. We’re looking for someone who loves all things content creation and social media. The primary role is to create and execute on brand content that drives guests in venue - you live and breath this and are at ease with making content come to life through a range of channels. We’re after someone with proven experience in this field managing multiple channels and brand voices. With a small, close knit team, you’ll be working with the owners and restaurant managers to drive guests in venue and ensuring the product we place on our social channels matches the vibe and quality in venue.

This role is either full time, or part time for the right person - if you are at more of a senior level, we are open to offering the same pay rate while reducing the number of days you work. Also looking at junior candidates but you must have experience and can show the content you yourself has produced.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.
Creating advertisements: create and send live advertisements across our restaurants to promote dining and events.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content across all our social channels. Develop and implement strategies to grow engagement and bring to life new ideas to showcase our brands. Work with influencers (and our PR team) to identify influencers.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with our designer and owners to design and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for campaigns across our brands.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Community Engagement: Foster relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create compelling multimedia content.
You’ll be:

A collaborator: we want someone who works as a team, loves a brainstorm and wants to bounce ideas around.
A proactive thinker: we want outside the box ideas. We’re here for the unique ideas that set us apart.
A natural problem solver: being fast paced, we want you to be able to think and act, which sometimes means coming up with interesting ways around things.
A stickler for deadlines: you’ll be driving the social channels, so it is up to you to push teams to get the content you need and when.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital content production and social media management.
Proven experience in social media strategy and using that to drive sales.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut) and social media management platforms.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
