Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Silvassa. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food safety standards, and handling inventory management. The role also involves managing cash flow, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Experience in staff management, team leadership, and customer service
• Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and cash handling
• Ability to implement promotional activities and ensure compliance with company policies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
