Job Description:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor/Post graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of sales and marketing success in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
