Service Captain (Hotel Resort)
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Service Captain to lead our restaurant service team and ensure a smooth and high-quality guest dining experience. The Service Captain will oversee wait staff, coordinate table service, manage guest requests, and maintain service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service team in the restaurant or dining area.
• Ensure smooth table service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Train, guide, and support new and existing wait staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service and special requests.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel resort industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
