Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Provide recommendations to guests on menu items, including upselling special dishes or drinks.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
Qualifications
Previous experience in full service restaurant environment is required, at least one year.
Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanour and positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
