SENIOR WEBFLOW DEVELOPER

The ideal candidate is passionate about no-code development but with an intimate familiarity with technical SEO. We are looking for an AI-led growth hacker who will institute development discipline for our website, brainstorm with our designers and writers to improve our website’s performance and SERP ranking, and take complete ownership of all website-related deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, manage, build, and maintain websites using Webflow
Be the origin for new ideas to improve performance and lead generation through the website
Own the website performance and development end-to-end including maintaining a design system inside webflow
Develop landing pages using existing design system on Figma
Own Google Analytics, technical SEO setup, API and SDK-led integrations with ad platforms and Hubspot
Co-ordinate with ops members to set up and test the end-to-end marketing lead experience across the website and CRM
Work closely as a project team and designers to iterate on UI/UX designs, bring best practices and provide “interaction design” feedback to the designers to improve usability
Work collaboratively in an agile environment, 2-week scrum
Partner with designers to validate and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
Build reusable code and libraries that drive complex web applications
Set up a scalable, CMS-driven structure for the website
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, AEO, and responsiveness
Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience
Write custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript for existing websites and applications
MUST-HAVES
Minimum of 3+ years developing websites and 2+ years developing use no-code best practices on
Webflow
Minimum of 1+ years of web development using code from scratch
Minimum 1+ years of page design fundamentals on Figma
Minimum 1+ years of CRM page setup, form setup, and integration experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience with technical SEO, Google Schema, Google Console, and Google Analytics
Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Advanced CSS, animations, and responsiveness.
Experience with integrations with SEON, Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, Recaptcha, AWS web development from scratch
Experience with setting up workflows inside Webflow
Excellent communication and time management skills
Proficient in using Figma + Webflow plugins, Zapier, ChatGPT, Perplexity, https://schema.org/, and Copilot
