Our Client
Our client is a government agency in NSW. We’re on the hunt for a skilled Senior Test Analyst to drive the development and delivery of digital projects by preparing and executing comprehensive test strategies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all software solutions meet stringent quality standards and align with user needs. You’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a dynamic team, contributing to impactful and future-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements.
Conduct system and integration testing to validate new or updated software components.
Collaborate with the automation specialist to design test cases for regression testing.
Analyse business processes to define acceptance criteria that support seamless service delivery.
Provide accurate testing estimates for project tasks in consultation with stakeholders.
Utilise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and QTest for test management and reporting.
About You
Proven experience in system and integration testing within large, complex environments.
Proficiency with tools and technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, SoapUI/Postman, Jira, and Confluence.
Knowledge of Test Management tools such as QTest, HP ALM, and automation frameworks like Selenium or QTP.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, essential for working in cross-functional teams.
Australian PR/citizen or on a long-term working visa (this is not a fully remote role, our client does not consider out-of-country applicants)
