About the Job:
We seek an accomplished Senior Technical Lead - Dynamics 365 CRM / CE professional with extensive experience in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The successful candidate will lead our growing team across regions and drive project success.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with our global teams on implementing custom applications using the Power Apps framework, as well as leveraging out-of-the-box CRM applications for business needs such as sales, customer service, marketing, and more.
Banking experience is highly valued but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, design, and develop Microsoft-based business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Develop workflows, plug-ins, and entity modifications
Participate in development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and ADO.NET
Requirements:
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree
Dynamics CRM experience in an enterprise environment with at least 50 users is mandatory
Ability to develop workflows, plug-ins, and perform entity modifications
A minimum of three years of web-based application development experience
Business acumen in banking is preferred
Experience with CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and ADO.NET
Effective communication skills in English (listening, speaking, and writing)
Ability to work on client projects at client premises, and travel to various countries for project assignments
CRM deployment on a web farm: at least three years' experience
Usage of SSRS for reporting: at least three years' experience
Experience with CRM projects involving over 300 users: at least four years
Development of CRM plugins: at least three years' experience
Development of an ISV application in an iframe: at least three years' experience
