Job Title: Senior Sales Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai

Total experience: 1-5 years

Min. qualification: Bachelor's degree (in Media / Mass Communication / Advertising preferred)

Reporting to: CEO

We are seeking a Senior Executive in Marketing to join our team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing

strategies, managing budgets, and driving growth for our company. The ideal candidate

shall have a proven track record of success in marketing, excellent communication and

leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that align with company goals

and objectives.

 Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

 Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as

needed.

 Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

 Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as

needed.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes.

 Approach and send mails to MNCs.

 Get in touch with the business or company leads and market ISH.

 Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

 Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand standards and messaging.

 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,

partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

 Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of

success

 Strong leadership and communication skills

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

 Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing,

and Paid advertising

 Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software

 Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.

 Ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop innovative marketing

strategies.
