Job Description:
1. Having an experience as Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for
inspiring and managing a team of 7-8 aggressive sales people and their day-to-day
activities in order to execute the firm sales strategy.
2. Who has a prior B2B sales experience selling websites, domains or other digital
products.
3. Who will be responsible for crafting sales communication and messaging to
convey and sell the company’s products and services such as recurring digital
subscriptions and websites and domains to prospects and existing clients.
4. Who is extremely sales-focused, proactive and driven to meet team and
organizational goals.
5. Also included in day to day responsibilities of this role will be constantly
identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement of team members
by auditing their calls and emails; remain up-to-date and knowledgeable about all
products and services you are responsible for selling to facilitate the sales efforts.
Experience: Must have 10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales management.
Working Days: 5 day work week.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Detailed Key Responsibilities:
· Build, develop and manage a team of aggressive, goal-oriented and
driven sales professionals
· Selling subscriptions to our paid membership programs.
· Following up with leads over phone, chat and email to meet and exceed
personal and teams’ monthly sales targets.
· Device the most efficient and effective selling strategies for the team to
maximize sales.
· Motivate the team to constantly strive to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Regular reporting on team sales performance
· Regular reviewing and auditing of our Sales messaging
· Identifying and addressing inefficiencies in the sales process if needed
· Actively coordinating with Marketing on lead generation.
· Manage ongoing training of team members.
· Promoting the organization and products.
Identify and help the team identify our highest potential clients and how they
relate to our products and services.
Must have qualities in the ideal candidate:
● Minimum 10 years B2B sales experience selling products and services to senior
business managers and owners of small and medium companies
● Team handling experience.
● Strong English language communication skills – including both verbal and
written.
● Strong Decision making abilities.
● Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
● Passion for sales with flexibility and drive to work in a target-based working
environment
● Resilient and aggressive personality who can effectively lead a team.
Preferred Qualities:
● A formal degree in Marketing, communications and management.
