Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:Actively identify and pursue potential dealers and distributors within the target geographic area and customer segments.
Relationship Building:Develop strong, lasting relationships with existing and new dealers and distributors.
Sales and Negotiation:Present carpet products and services to potential partners, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure contracts.
Training and Support:Provide ongoing training and support to dealers and distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Performance Monitoring:Track dealer and distributor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies and legal requirements, and maintain accurate documentation.
Market Analysis:Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Reporting and Communication:Communicate regularly with management on sales progress, market trends, and dealer/distributor performance.
Customer Service:Address any issues or concerns raised by dealers and distributors in a timely and professional manner.
Additional Skills and Qualities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust.
Understanding of the carpet industry and its various product types.
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
