We’re looking for a Senior Remuneration Regulations Consultant to join our high-performing Performance Reward team.

In this highly visible role, you’ll report to the Head of Performance Reward and lead the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices. You’ll play a key role in shaping and embedding CPS511 regulatory requirements and supporting the implementation of accountability regimes across ING Australia.

What you’ll do

Designing and maintaining the Banking E
ecutive Accountability Regime (BEAR) Framework
Managing key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements, Maps, and Fit Proper registers
Partnering with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability
Providing e
pert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance
Contributing to global Performance Reward strategies as part of ING’s Community of E
pertise
What we’re looking for

An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings deep e
pertise in remuneration governance.
5+ years’ e
perience in remuneration, risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities
Proven eperience working with senior e
ecutives and boards
Strong understanding of AS
governance practices and public disclosure requirements
Eperience implementing reward programs and navigating regulatory frameworks (BEAR e
perience highly regarded)
E
ceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
