Senior Remote Helpdesk Technician – JSM Specialist
Kindred is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Remote Helpdesk Technician – JSM Specialist to join our Corporate IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing Jira Service Management (JSM) to optimize IT helpdesk operations and enhance the overall employee experience. This includes automating workflows, configuring SLAs, integrating IT systems, and ensuring seamless remote management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JSM and a passion for building scalable, efficient IT service processes that deliver exceptional service across global teams, including support from India.
This position involves working in shifts within the HelpDesk team to cover extended European working hours and includes OnCall duties.
What we see?
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Basic understanding of VPNs, network connectivity, and SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
• Extensive experience in remote helpdesk or IT support roles, particularly in managing complex endpoint environments.
• Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, and Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Experience troubleshooting AV setups and Teams integrations.
