Job Title: Sr. Process Experts (International BPO Voice Process)

Work Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat), INDIA

Work Schedule Shift: Mon to Fri (US Shift) l 7.30pm to 4.30am l

Salary Compensation: Best in the Industry

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily responsible for the acquisition of new clients customers, retention dealing with existing customer.

• Responsible for revenue generation.

• Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and references.

• Listening to clients wishes and concerns.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Creating a positive Brand Image / awareness.

SKILLS QUALITIES REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in BPO Sales OR IT - International Business Development OR relevant role of minimum 3 to 6 months

• Proficiency in English

• Fast learner and passion for sales

Note: Freshers with good communication can apply
