We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Birmingham office, which offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading consultancy in the pensions sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and improving team performance, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Providing expert advice and guidance on complex pensions queries.
Maintaining and updating pension administration databases and systems.
Performing manual and automated benefits calculations.
Supporting the development and growth of the team through mentoring and coaching.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Previous experience in pensions administration, particularly in defined benefit schemes.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and pensions software.
A solid understanding of pensions legislation and framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
