Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Associate IPR in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the Hyderabad branch, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to the firm's standards.
· Develop and implement business strategies to grow the client base and enhance the branch's market presence.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
· Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate business leads.
· Develop and implement strategies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
· Advise clients on IP portfolio management, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of law and legal principles
• Experience in legal document preparation
• Analytical skills to assess legal issues
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Business development skills, including networking and client relationship management.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in intellectual property law is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field
