Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Manage: Guide and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• B2C Sales Ownership: Drive B2C customer acquisition through outbound channels.
• Target Driven: Ensure daily/weekly/monthly KPIs are met or exceeded with a performance-focused mindset.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads through the CRM, monitor conversions, and strategize improvements.

• Performance Reporting: Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on sales team productivity and achievements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales (B2C preferred), with at least 3 year in a team lead/managerial role.
• Proven ability to meet high sales targets under pressure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a startup culture.
• Willing to work from our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.
