Senior HR Operations Manager
Maternity cover - 12 mths
Salary - 80k plus
London - central location - 3 days in the office
My client is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to cover a 12 mths cover. The role will involve all aspects of HR Operations including managing 2 members of staff. The organisation is operating as a centre of excellence and your role will be working across all parts of the matrix.
Ideally you will have financial/professional services experience or understanding of regulated environment. You will be able to manage global onboarding and the legal requirements regarding these contracts.
