Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Drive talent acquisition strategies to hire top talent in a timely manner.
Handle performance management processes, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and support business objectives.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports for management.
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in mid-sized companies).
Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of labour laws and HR software.
