Senior HR executive
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle activities such as induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Handle employee queries and grievances with empathy and in line with company policies.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Coordinate training and development initiatives in collaboration with team leads and external vendors.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
