The Queensland Government is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to join its Policy, Performance and First Nations department. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the state's regulatory framework.

Role Overview
As a key member of the department, you will support the implementation of long-term strategic reform agendas and objectives. You will work closely with service providers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective compliance with legislation and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assess and analyze organizational policies, procedures, and documents related to registration, accreditation, and compliance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance and reduce non-compliance risks.
Conduct site visits, investigations, and reviews to ensure service providers meet regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and notices to service providers.
