Job description
Role Responsibilities :-  Overall responsibility of managing all transactions, compliance and KYC.
 This role will carry individual sales target
 Achieving monthly/Yearly Target of each product assigned
 Performance management of the branch staff through quality control and necessary training.
 Ensuring training module completion of the direct reports in a timely manner.
 Increasing the customer footfall by adding new customers and converting existing customers.
 Managing and controlling the documentation process related to branch operations with regards to customer and local authorities, Safe house management, document custody and retrieval. Primary custodian of shutter and safe keys
 Design and Develop appropriate branch processes whenever new product portfolios are enabled in the market by the organization.
 Ensure proper segregation of duties, develop and maintain work flowsfor all stages of branch operations.
 Assesses risks in all branch processes, review control effectiveness and improve processes for better customer experience as well as stronger risk management. Performance Indicators :-  Productivity and performance management

We are an international professional services business, looking for a dynamic Senior Global Recruitment Consultant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team.

This position will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and functions. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of international hiring, creative sourcing techniques, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across multiple regions and functions
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines
• Utilize data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize recruitment performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with global TA teams to enhance recruitment best practices

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global recruitment, with both agency and in-house experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across multiple levels and departments
• High proficiency in Boolean search and other sourcing tools
• Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and metrics
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate across time zones
• Right to work in India is required
• This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
