About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform financial analysis and credit appraisal for project proposals, involving detailed income statement, balance sheet, financial ratios, cash flows, management risk, industry risk, and economic conditions assessments.
• Document and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, client communication, and process compliance on an ongoing basis with product partners, OSD, risk management, and relationship management groups.
• Negotiate and close project finance documentation with clients' legal counsel and lenders' legal counsel.
• Conduct credit assessment, preparation of credit approval memoranda, memos, and updates for new and renewal proposals.
• Finalize financial models, track covenants, and manage exceptions/deviations.
• Perform site visits, inspections, and consortium meetings.
• Ensure pre-disbursal and post-disbursal compliance.
