The ideal candidate will possess a minimum six years progressive Meeting, Event, and/or Catering Sales Management experience in a full-service hotel environment, with prior large-volume, upper upscale hotel experience preferred. They will be responsible for managing high-profile, complex, or large programs and events, partnering with Operational Counterparts to ensure success, and implementing Loews Hotels Meetings Events Standards and Best Practices. Additionally, they will participate in Group Room Block Strategy, facilitate training for Meetings Events department, and monitor managers' production and timeliness.
