Senior Editor For Multimedia Storytelling

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Editor to join our team at NPR. As a key member of our editorial staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative of our award-winning multimedia organization.

Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a talented team of journalists and producers in creating engaging and informative content for our flagship economics podcast, Planet Money. Your expertise in narrative audio editing, leadership, and creative storytelling will be essential in driving the success of this show.

You will be responsible for editing roughly half of the Planet Money episodes, as well as adapting stories for broadcast, web, video, and other platforms. Your leadership skills will also be put to use in managing hosts and producers, helping them grow in their roles and careers, and motivating them to achieve their most creative work.

In addition to your editorial responsibilities, you will also be involved in setting the editorial agenda in collaboration with hosts and other editorial staff.
