Job Description

The Chief Human Resources Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

As a strategic leader, you will provide guidance on HR needs and plans to the executive team, shareholders, and stakeholders.
• Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth, organizational development, and change management.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on key organizational and management issues.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
• Talent Management:
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee talent development programs, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management systems.
• Build a strong employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Organizational Development and Culture:
• Shape and maintain a high-performing, purpose-driven, and engaged company culture.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices related to remuneration, employee welfare, and retention.
• HR Operations and Compliance:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure effective HR operations including HRIS management, reporting, and analytics.
• Workforce Planning and Organizational Structuring:
• Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure workforce capabilities match business needs.
• Manage organizational change projects including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Executive Coaching and Leadership Development:
• Coach senior leaders and managers to improve leadership effectiveness and team performance.

Qualifications and Experience
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and culture transformation.
• Proven track record of managing large and diverse teams across geographies.
• Experience with digital HR transformation initiatives is a plus.
