About the role
As a Senior Derivatives Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of a new daily reporting and oversight function for OTC Derivatives Transaction Reporting.
Key aspects of this role include:
Onboarding external managers as new delegated reporting entities (DREs) to our Derivative Trade Reporting oversight platform, KOR Financial.
Work with external managers to ensure they can fulfill ASIC OTC Derivative Transaction reporting obligations on behalf of ART.
Provide key technical support in the on-boarding of new investments / investment managers in line with agreed delivery and reporting timeframes.
Develop an onboarding process and tools that can be used repeatedly to make onboarding more efficient.
Help design and implement Operationalising reconciliations and training team members.
Investigating root cause and actioning exceptions as per the relevant escalation procedures as required.
Regular UAT testing of new reconciliations and improvements, with strong engagement of stakeholders to ensure any issues are actioned.
Assisting with the regulatory compliance reporting associated with the ASIC Rules.
Design, prepare, test, plan and execute system tests so that market platforms remain connected and efficient to support tbusiness requirements.
Initiating and driving efficiency initiatives within the Capital Markets Operations team and broader Investment business.
This role is available as a 12-month max-term opportunity initially. There is a possibility of extension or to be made permanent in this role.
