Senior Data Warehouse Administrator

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing and maintaining large-scale data warehouses, with expertise in AWS Redshift. The successful applicant will have experience in planning, deploying, and administering Redshift clusters, as well as implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deploy Redshift clusters to meet business needs
• Implement and maintain database security, including user access control and data encryption
• Monitor and troubleshoot cluster performance issues
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure high availability
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining data warehouses
• Expertise in AWS Redshift, including cluster planning, deployment, and administration
• Strong knowledge of database security principles and practices
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
