What’s the role?
As a Senior Change Manager within Westpac’s Group Reporting and Analytics (GRA) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading change initiatives that support regulatory, executive, and external reporting across the Finance Division. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, where you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping the success of major programs like UNITE—our technology simplification initiative—and other enterprise-wide projects that drive transformation across the bank.
What do I need?
We’re looking for someone who brings clarity, confidence, and capability to complex change environments. You’ll thrive here if you have:
Experience managing regulatory reporting change initiatives or business-as-usual (BAU) regulatory reporting experience is essential. You’ll bring a solid understanding of compliance requirements and reporting frameworks, with the confidence to navigate complex environments and drive meaningful outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align priorities.
Advanced technical writing skills, including the development of BRDs, test cases, and operating models.
High data literacy and analytical capability, with confidence working across large datasets.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
