As a Senior Night Care Assistant you will be responsible for caring for people with a wide range of needs as well as dispensing medication and keeping care plans up to date. Part of the role is to help our Care Assistants develop within their roles to become the best carers they can be. Candidates must hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Role expectations:

Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm, and supportive.
Participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans for each resident and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.
Provide leadership to the care staff.
Ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service and supervise staff you support.
Ensure the health and well-being of all staff working within the home.
Develop effective working relationships with other employees.
Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary.
To liaise with other care professionals relating to the care needs of the residents.
Maintain skills at a current level, and undertake training and development as may and when required.
Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Understand well-being and what is important to people using our services.
