We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in account farming and IT services sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing client accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute account farming strategies to maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively engage with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their business needs and align our IT services to address those needs.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the internal teams to drive revenue growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our IT services in the market.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the delivery and implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on account farming and IT services sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT services industry, including cloud solutions, managed services, software development, and infrastructure services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
