We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive who is willing to guide clients/customers in choosing the right properties for their needs.
You will be working on an upscale new project in Hyderabad. The job comes with a higher than industry standard salary and great incentives.

Experience Requirements:
3-5 years in Real Estate sales Roles and Responsibilities: Working with the leads given to bring in new clients and customers Cold calling and managing customer expectations Showing the site and properties when requested by management or the clients Aiding the clients in completing the purchase of the property/unit Following compliance and norms of the company and the government Finding new areas of business and penetrating markets

Skills Required:
Excellent Conversational Skills Excellent Negotiation skills Ability to close the sale on time Ability to put the client/customer at ease and showcasing properties Time management and transactional ability Good understanding of the real estate market in Hyderabad Training will be provided to understand the processes and procedures

Educational Qualifications:
MBA/MS/M.Tech or any equivalent degree BSc/Ba in accounting, B.E/B.A/B.Tech or any equivalent graduate degree.

Remuneration (Salary): 4LPA - 6LPA + incentives (industry standard)
