Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue for BarrierBreak. Working as part of a dedicated sales team, the BDE will have his/her own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Must plan and manage the marketing activities like Exhibitions, Seminars, and Workshops as per the marketing Budget.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services.
• Create marketing presentations
• Collaborate with the sales function
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Performing Market Research
• Knowledge of Databases, LinkedIn, Social networks
• Generating Leads.
• Introducing the company Services to clients.
• Ensuring that all sales activities are updated in Salesforce.
• Developing business through cold calls to new and current leads.
• Emails, Web demos, Fixing up Meetings
• Dealing with International Clients
• Should be able to recommend solutions based on customer's requirements.
• Must handle customer queries and client serving.
• Ability to work independently with a changing environment.
• Adhering to quality standards

• Must possess good coordinating monitoring Skills

• Prior knowledge of IT would be an advantage.

Other Details:

Location: Mumbai, Goregaon (east)

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate in any field

BSc-IT, BCA, MCA or MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience: 4 to 8 years.

Job Type: Fulltime.

Working days : Monday to Friday

Working hrs. : +.30am to 6.30pm
• Fixed weekend off.
• Candidate staying near the office vicinity preferred
