• This role involves performing assigned activities related to customer accounts and reconciliation, including preparing statements of account, blocking and unblocking customer codes, and coordinating with the business team on collections.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in customer invoicing, reconciliation, and basic knowledge of GST and TDS. A Commerce Graduate (B COM) degree is also required.
The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for achieving targets as agreed by the department team and personal objectives. They will also coordinate with sales and installation teams, customers, superiors, and parallel projects to ensure seamless operations.
