Description :
• Attending calls at reception
• Attending international clients taking care of their requirement
• Handling candidates coming for interviews
• Managing Front Desk Operations.
• Should be well versed with MIS reports
• Handling stationary/ visiting cards requirements
• Attending queries and escalating it to the concerned department
• Couriers Incoming and outgoing
• Managing Housekeeping staff.
• Experienced in corporate companies
• Attending to customer calls directly
• Should be proactive in handling the work and should be an independent worker to manage the tasks on own.
