Who you Are
We are seeking Security Maintenance Technicians to join our collaborative team. With two positions available, this role would suit someone who has an interest in electronic security and is willing to learn, or someone who has gained some experience in a similar role.
The Role
Perform maintenance as per site requirements.
Test functionally on various access control, intercom and CCTV systems for commercial and global clients.
Locate and report on faults to enable quoting for work after completion of maintenance works.
Learn from and be mentored by Security Technicians, gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Support job workflows and assist with on-site tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Participate in job success reporting and provide feedback to improve performance.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management to ensure job success.
Keep accurate job records, reports and documentation.
To be successful in the role you will need to have:
Current Security Licence (or be able to secure one), Drivers Licence, Cabling Licence and White Card.
Some experience in cable pulling, security system installation, servicing or programming is beneficial but not required.
Eagerness to learn, grow and take on new responsibilities
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
