Job Description:
• Recruitment: Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Head honchos).
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Designing and updating job descriptions
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Performing reference and background checks
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) fill up Candidate Evaluation form.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers then with clients.
• Follow up with Clients for feedback
• Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued. Induction to be given on the joining of the employee.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Compensation Benefits: Monthly / Weekly MIS to be sent to Branch Head / HR Manager.
• Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
