Sanitation Helper| Day Shift

Description
• Pulls pallets and cleans product bays on a rotating basis.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment according to the established time constraints and quality standards.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the sanitation cycle consistent with HACCP, USDA and GMP guidelines.
• Follows guidelines for proper use and safety of chemicals and equipment.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency regarding daily duties: cleaning, washing, dusting, organizing, mopping, sweeping and trash removal.
• Complies with GMP rules and regulations.
• Takes ownership of food safety standards and prevents cross contamination.
• Safely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries.
• Consistently comes to work on time and as per scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Custodial experience preferred.
• Able to read and write legibly; able to follow orders; able to work with little direct supervision.
