Salesforce Software Engineer

Job Description:Key relationships:- IT heads, Solution Architects, Sales, Service Marketing business head. Responsibility:- ? Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products ? Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality ? Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation ? Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions ? Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members ? Communicate effectively with a distributed team including vendor teams ? Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams. Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily understandable by technical and non- technical stakeholders ? Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance, recommendations, and explanations as needed. ? Stay current with emerging Salesforce and industry trends, best practices, and technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation to enhance the overall efficiency, performance, and user experience of Salesforce solutions. Qualification ? 3+ years of Salesforce Developer experience ? Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I. Platform Developer II a bonus) ? Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills ? Experience developing Javascript front-end apps (Lightning, Angular, React, Ember) ?
