Responsibilities-
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specification.
• Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices for Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations.
• Review and approve solution designs and code to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ and Billing applications to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of CPQ workflows, product catalog management, pricing models, quote generation, and contract management.
• Implement complex pricing rules, product bundles, discounting structures.
• Implementation of Tax Calculation, Invoice Generation, Credit / Debit memo generation in Billing.
• Work with Salesforce CPQ’s product and pricing capabilities, including advanced approvals and contract lifecycle management.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce CPQ and Billing modules.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ and Billing with other systems as required, using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging for CPQ and Billing configurations.
• Document solutions, technical requirements, and customizations, and maintain system documentation for knowledge sharing.
Skills-
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
• 1+ Years Experience in Salesforce CPQ Billing.
• Revenue Cloud Experience is nice to have.
• Expert Level expertise in Salesforce Implementations. Including Std. Salesforce and Custom Salesforce developments.
• Expert Level expertise in LWC and Apex Development.
