About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our products
2. Maintain and track the contact information of potential clients
3. Initiate outbound calls to qualify leads and provide product information
4. Schedule appointments for in-person meetings to showcase our products and offer personalized consultations
5. Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our products
6. Address post-visit queries and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies
8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
+ Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and improvement opportunities to the marketing team
Required skills:
1. Very good communication skills (written verbal) in English
2. Good communication skills (verbal) in the respective local language
3. Should possess clarity of thought and the ability to present proposals to customers in a crisp manner
4. Strong customer interaction negotiation skills
5. Ability to drive the sales for the region at an independent level
