We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client management, negotiations, and market analysis, and will possess a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and property value.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and relevant documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Prospect for new clients via networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Keep up-to-date with local market trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with team members, brokers, and other professionals

Requirements:
• Valid real estate license (as per local/state regulations).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven sales experience (real estate or related industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with real estate CRM systems and listing platforms.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
