Job Title: Sales Operator
To build and maintain relationships with customers, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure agreed service levels and financial targets are met.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for proactively dealing with situations, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely updates and communication through phone or email.
Work with internal stakeholders to obtain delivery status updates.
Communicate customer information to prepare quotes and process consignments.
Provide various quotes to customers to best service their requirements.
Manage credit limits, payments, and debt recovery.
Ensure commodity codes and invoices are correct and processed.
Rectify problematic tasks in a timely manner.
Be proactive in engaging with existing customers to generate income.
Respond to customer concerns within the required turnaround time.
