Job Title: Marketing Associate Competitive Exams Segment Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team, specifically focusing on the competitive exams segment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing, event management, and on-ground initiatives tailored for students preparing for competitive exams. This role involves lead generation, walk-in traffic, and executing events and activities that cater to students in colleges, schools, and other educational institutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted strategies to generate high-quality leads among students preparing for competitive exams through BTL marketing activities.
Walk-In Generation: Plan and drive initiatives to encourage walk-ins to specific locations such as exam preparation centers, events, and information sessions.
Event Management: Organize and execute educational events, seminars, mock exams, and test prep sessions at colleges, schools, and other relevant venues to build brand awareness and generate leads for competitive exam courses.
On-Ground Marketing: Coordinate and execute impactful BTL activities, such as flyers, banners, and workshops, ensuring that the competitive exam offerings reach the target audience effectively.
College/School Connect: Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, including colleges, coaching centers, and schools, to promote exam preparation programs and create avenues for lead generation.
Test Planning and Execution: Design and conduct mock tests, exam preparation workshops, and other relevant activities that align with student needs and the competitive exams segment.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in BTL marketing and on-ground promotional activities, preferably in the education sector.
Strong ability to generate leads and drive student engagement, especially for competitive exam preparations.
Experience in managing and executing events, seminars, and test preparation programs for students.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with educational institutions and students.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability to understand and meet student needs in competitive exam preparation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in BTL marketing or event management, ideally within the educational or competitive exam preparation sector.
