Job Title: Sales Manager – Media Solutions
Department: Sales
Locations: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad
CTC: 12 – 15 LPA
Preferred Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Media / Communications
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, driven, and well-networked Media Sales Professionals to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in direct client acquisition, media agency coordination, and a deep understanding of multi-platform advertising solutions. This individual will be responsible for revenue generation across platforms including Outdoor Media, Radio, Digital, In-Movie Branding, and Co-Branding Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities by directly hunting for clients across industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and brand managers.
• Provide integrated advertising solutions spanning OOH, radio, digital, cinema advertising, and co-branding opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal creative, operations, and strategy teams to build customized proposals.
• Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead client presentations and negotiations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
Requirements
• 4–7 years of experience in media sales, preferably across both agency and direct client roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive media environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, own targets, and manage accounts end-to-end.
• MBA in Marketing, Media, or Communications preferred.
