Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, and service apartments.
• Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the hospitality industry’s needs, aligning with company objectives.
• Negotiations and Deals: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and delivering customized solutions.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure successful execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to remain competitive.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management, identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry (hotel chains, resorts, or hospitality procurement).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong network within the hospitality sector (hotel chains, architects, interior designers, procurement teams).
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality industry’s procurement processes.
• Strong project management skills.
