Sales Manager- Govt. Biz
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager – Government Business to lead our business development initiatives within the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, particularly in system integration and government procurement processes, and be passionate about driving growth in public sector verticals such as defence, military, and public safety.
Responsibilities:
• Should be highly skilled in managing and navigating the complexities of government procurement processes, understanding RFPs, and building strong relationships with government clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and key stakeholders.
• Perform market research to identify B2B opportunities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.
• Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.
• Understanding and analysing business technical requirements from clients.
• Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
• Responsible for Revenue generation from the Government Sales vertical.
• Nurturing leads and follow-ups.
Skill Requirement:
• 10+ years of experience in IT sales or system integration, focused on government clients.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, government procurement, and public sector operations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about business development.

Any graduates/ postgraduates
