Sales Manager for Training Programs
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for Training Programs, located in the Delhi Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our training programs, building and managing relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with the Training and Strategic Consulting teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Market Research, Proposal Writing, and Sales Strategy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the management consulting or training industry is a plus
