Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive growth.

Team Leadership:
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales professionals.
• Set clear sales targets and track performance metrics.

Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.

Sales Operations:
• Oversee sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing initiatives.

Revenue Growth:
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and expanding market share.
• Monitor sales pipelines and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met.

Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for product development and market expansion.

Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge expertise in near architect is a plus point
• Proven track record of success in corporate sales, particularly in the IT industry.
• Capability of revenue generation through Sales of firewall, storage, CCTV, total networking project, IT manage services, leased line services etc.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Capability to coordinate with Technical Team to develop the proposal for Infra networking project and its CBA
