Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Head in Creative Services BPO . The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing global sales strategy and execution. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales growth via online and offline leads, managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, developing sales plans, and coordinating with the delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Familiarity with publishing, audio visual and graphic design industries, ability to forge international client relationships in these domains is a must .

Qualifications
• Strong Sales and Global BPO Sales Management skills
• Proficient in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
• Exceptional Team Management and Leadership skills
• Marcom/ Advertising agency in a sales/client engagement experience a must
• Experience in the BPO/Technology services industry is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum experience of 15 years of which 3-4 years in advertising/ Marcom or Av industries in a Sales/ client servicing role
